Welcome to the Cricket HOD Rules page! Here you will find all the instructions you need to quickly start your journey in the world of fantasy cricket. By reading these rules, you will understand how the rating system works, how to create a team, how points are awarded for player performances and how to participate in tournaments.

How to play Cricket HOD

To start playing 11 player fantasy cricket, just download the latest version of our app. Your success in the game is determined by the fantasy points earned by your chosen cricketers, based on the Cricket HOD scoring system. Here you take on the role of a team manager rather than just a spectator, focusing on strategic decisions rather than luck. New users will also get a sign-up bonus of Rs.20, which can be fully redeemed in any competition, from one-on-one competitions to massive 11-player matches, up to Rs.5 per competition.

Register and Log In:

1. Visit the Cricket HOD Website: Open your preferred web browser and go to the official Cricket HOD website. On the homepage, you will find a prominent “Download App” button. Click this button to start downloading the APK (Android Package) file, which will allow you to install the Cricket HOD app on your Android device.

If you are using a desktop or laptop, you will be directed to the download page for the app.

If you’re using a mobile device, the APK will automatically begin downloading to your device’s storage.

2. Download and Install the Application: Once the APK file has finished downloading, you will need to locate it on your device. The file should be in the Downloads folder or in the location you’ve set for downloaded files. Tap on the APK file to open it.

Important: If you’re installing an app from an external source for the first time, your device may prompt you to allow installations from “Unknown Sources.” You will need to enable this option in your phone’s settings under Security or Privacy before proceeding with the installation.

After granting the necessary permissions, tap Install to begin the installation process. Once the installation is complete, the Cricket HOD app icon will appear on your home screen or in your apps drawer.

3. Register for a New Account: After installation, open the Cricket HOD app. You will be prompted to register for a new account if you don’t already have one. You will need to provide some basic details, including:

Email Address: This will be used for account-related communications.

Phone Number: Required for security purposes and account recovery.

Alternatively, you can register using a social media account, such as Google or Facebook, for faster and more convenient registration.

After filling out the registration form, click on the Submit button to proceed.

4. Confirm Your Registration: Once you’ve submitted your registration details, Cricket HOD will send you a confirmation email to the email address you provided. Check your inbox (and spam folder, if necessary) for an email from Cricket HOD.

Inside the email, you will find a confirmation link. Click on this link to verify your email address and activate your account. This is a crucial step to complete your registration and ensure your account is fully functional.

5. Log In to Your Account: After confirming your email, go back to the Cricket HOD app or website and enter your login credentials (email address and password or social media login details).

Once logged in, you can start exploring the platform, create your fantasy cricket team, and begin your journey in the exciting world of fantasy cricket.

Building your team

Starting your journey with Cricket HOD is easy and exciting. Start a new challenge by choosing a team of two, three or four players, or join an existing challenge by setting a cash amount and building your team accordingly. If one of your selected players is not participating, you can edit the team any number of times before the match starts.

Create a challenge

To create a challenge on Cricket HOD:

• Sign in to your account and tap the Create icon at the bottom of the screen.
• On the challenge creation page, click on the plus sign (+) to start selecting players.
• Choose from upcoming matches and assemble your team according to the size of the challenge (2, 3 or 4 players).
• Ensure team balance: add at least one player from each competing team for teams of 2 and 3; for teams of 4, choose two players from each.

Determine the amount of the call and choose whether it will be public or private. Public challenges are open to everyone, while private challenges can be sent to friends, family, and acquaintances via email.

Understanding the scoring system

To view our scoring system:

• Tap the Account icon in the lower right corner of the app.
• Select “Score” and then select “Cricket” for detailed scoring rules.
